  • The Service is provided solely for entertainment and companionship purposes. The interactions are with a trained AI Voicebot and not with a real human person. Users are prohibited from utilizing the Service for any unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate activities.

    • To refrain from engaging in illegal, harmful, hurtful, discriminatory, unethical, sensitive, confidential, explicit, vulgar, or obscene activities.

4. Payment and Refund Policy
  • The Service is a one-time paid service. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe, Razorpay, and PayPal.
  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the Service.
5. Data Collection and Privacy
  • We collect only your phone number at the time of payment to process your transaction. Payment details are handled securely by our third-party processors.

6. Content Ownership
  • All content, including conversations and interactions with the Voicebot, is the exclusive property of the Service. Users do not have any rights to the content or intellectual property generated by the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We disclaim any and all liability for:
    • User-generated content or behavior.
    • Service interruptions or technical issues arising from third-party software.
    • Unauthorized access to user data through third-party platforms.
    • Consequences of using the Service inappropriately, including but not limited to financial, emotional, or reputational harm.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

  • Users are prohibited from:

    • Using the Service to create or share offensive or harmful content.

12. Shipping & Delivery
  • As the Service is entirely digital and delivered via Voicebot Chat, no physical shipping or delivery is required.
  • The Service is deemed delivered immediately upon a successful payment and initiation of the Voicebot interaction.
13. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
